Keong Hong provides a broad range of building construction services to both private and public sectors for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. Our construction projects cover new construction, A&A works of existing buildings, refurbishment and upgrading of existing buildings.

We have been awarded Building and Construction Authority (BCA) A1 grading under the category CW01 for general building, which allows us to tender for public sector construction projects of unlimited value.

Our innovative technology and technical capability, supported by our commitment to quality, safety, timely delivery and customer service, are our key strengths that differentiate us from our industry peers, and the reason for our ability to securing projects from our repeat clients.

We have pioneered a number of innovative technologies and processes in the construction industries that are widely used today, such as the Silent Jack In Spun Piling System and Intelligent Computerised Auto-Climb Peripheral Platform.

The Group has also embarked on technologies championed by the BCA, namely Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) technology, Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) as well as Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) Solution using Digit Alpha immersive media technology.
